Welcome to IPCCC historical reporting.

With the historical reports you have insight to e.g. number of calls per agent, number of lost calls, average call duration, status of agents and duration, etc.

The application offers you the following features:

Historical reports:
Incoming tasksreports for incoming tasks. View of queues, service level, repeating calls, longest/shortest calls
Outgoing tasksreports for outgoing tasks. View of service level, repeating calls, longest/shortest calls
Ougoing PBX callsreport for outgoing telephony calls. View of top 25 longest calls, most called numbers
License usagereport view of your own license usage
Task detailsreport view of the task details
Status detailsreport view of the call status of the agents

The available reports are not intended to replace the monthly invoice that you receive. Therefore, no rights can be derived from the information made available.
